We are open 7 days a week.

Space is available on a first come, first serve, first to pay in full basis, we will only hold space on deposit for a temporary basis, at the discretion of management. Whenever a private event is scheduled in the calendar, the space is not available for someone else to rent. The best we can do is book your event for a different date.

Rental spaces can be viewed before submitting a rental request or before the date of your event by appointment only email admin@stonewallresidences.com or text/phone (508) 667 8776 be sure to specify the type of event/retreat your looking to host upfront. 

We do accommodate small weddings/engagement/bachelorette/bachelor parties.

We do accommodate other family gatherings such as anniversaries, birthdays, coming of age celebrations. We have package deals with set pricing.

Our community center is a self-serve facility. From a reservation and payment system to a “Leave No Trace” clean up policy, we are able to keep rental costs very affordable, with a, with a priority on offering the LGBTQ+ community a place to socialize, organize, create, worship, practice health and wellness activities, and so much more! For folks requiring full service, your event planner can assist you with that process and an estimate for costs.

Please note: when the entire compound is rented out to a private group or family for event, (the group leader under contract for the rental, is solely responsible for making decisions about who is included/excluded from event.

• Non-Profit Goal: (CDC) Community Development Corporation: Primary mission objective: to purchase house or apartment building to provide low-income housing for our community. We will begin fundraising for downpayment/costs on a property. A capital campaign will be necessary in addition to membership dues and the funds raised by Rosebud coffee house. 

• Non-Profit Secondary Goals: (CDC) Community Development Corporation: Secondary mission objectives from a fundraising standpoint; as our community as a whole has many needs. To meet those needs, takes many dedicated, passionate people all doing their parts. We are a small island with limited resources and limited people. So as a community center, we will strive to put together a great team of volunteers. Hope you can join us, we are counting on you!

If you are feeling unwell, have symptoms of illness or have recently come into contact with some who has tested positive for Covid/Monkey Pox/STD/HIV please refrain from visiting until you are cleared by a health professional for travel and have fully recovered.

If you need to cancel/reschedule due to illness, we will apply your deposit toward a future visit, and thank you for taking into consideration the health of others as well as your own. During an event, If someone tests positive, we will isolate them, and ask them to return home. We will inform the retreat community of the positive test and let you make decisions about your own health and well being.
